31bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "31bet" refers to the sports betting and digital entertainment platform accessible at 31bet.click;
• "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses, uses, or registers on the platform;
• "Account" refers to the individual profile created by the user upon registration;
• "Balance" refers to the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting or withdrawal;
• "Bet" refers to any transaction made by the user on sports events or games available on the platform;
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by 31bet, subject to specific terms and conditions;
• "Platform" refers to the full range of services offered by 31bet, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and crash games.

By accessing or using any 31bet service, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling. Acceptance is mandatory to use the platform and has legal effect under applicable Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the regulatory rules governing the betting market in Brazil.

To use 31bet's services, you must create an account through the registration process available on the platform. Registration is free and is available exclusively to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil with an active CPF in good standing with the Federal Revenue Service;
• Not hold another active account with 31bet — each CPF allows only one account;
• Not have been previously removed or suspended from the platform;
• Have full legal capacity under Brazilian law.

During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full legal name as it appears on their ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account cancellation and withholding of pending balances, as provided under applicable Brazilian anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any access to the account using the user's credentials will be their responsibility, except in proven cases of security compromise reported immediately to 31bet support. 31bet strongly recommends using unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

31bet accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reals (R$) through the following payment methods available in Brazil:

• Pix — instant transfer available 24 hours a day via any Brazilian bank;
• Boleto Bancário — settlement within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay — Brazilian digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallet.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 10.00 (ten BRL). No default maximum limit is set; however, limits may be applied based on risk assessment or anti-money laundering policies. No additional fees are charged on deposits made at 31bet.

Pix deposits are processed in seconds and the balance is available for betting immediately after confirmation. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear. Credit and debit card deposits are processed in real time, subject to approval by the card issuer.

31bet reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. In cases of suspected fraud or irregularity, the platform may withhold funds and notify the relevant authorities in accordance with Law No. 9.613/1998 (Anti-Money Laundering Law).

Withdrawals at 31bet are available exclusively to users with a verified account and an available real-money balance (excluding bonuses). The primary and recommended withdrawal method is Pix, processed automatically within 15 seconds of the request, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL);
• The Pix key provided must be registered under the account holder's CPF;
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed;
• There must be no pending bets exceeding the available balance;
• Bonuses with an incomplete rollover are not eligible for withdrawal until all conditions have been met.

No fees are charged on Pix withdrawals. 31bet processes withdrawals automatically for amounts within standard limits. Withdrawals above the automatic limits are subject to manual review and may take up to 48 business hours to process — the user will be notified by email about the status.

31bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for investigation in cases of suspected platform misuse, inconsistencies in account details, or activity indicating a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The user will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification before any definitive action is taken.

31bet offers Sports Betting across more than 20 disciplines, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and major European leagues), volleyball (Superliga Masculina and Feminina, Nations League), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), E-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Valorant), and more. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00 (one BRL);
• Bets are only valid once confirmed on the platform — confirmation is immediate and displayed on screen;
• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except through specific cash-out features where available;
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet — any subsequent changes do not affect bets already placed;
• If an event is postponed by less than 48 hours, bets remain valid; if the postponement exceeds 48 hours, bets will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the user's balance.

31bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user, as well as to refuse or cancel bets in cases of a manifest odds error (an odds value clearly incorrect relative to the market), a technical failure compromising the integrity of the bet, or suspected match manipulation. In cases of cancellation due to an odds error, the wagered amount will be fully returned to the user's balance.

Bet settlement — the process of determining the outcome and crediting winnings — takes place after the official end of the event, based on the official data sources used by 31bet. In the event of a disputed result, users may submit a request to support within 7 days of settlement.

In addition to Sports Betting, 31bet offers a selection of entertainment games, including slots from leading providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, and others), Live Casino with real dealers, crash games (such as Aviator), table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), and game shows. These games are subject to the following conditions:

• All games operate with RTP (return to player) rates certified by the providers responsible for each title;
• Results for slots and table games are generated by a certified and audited RNG (random number generator);
• The Live Casino uses real-time streaming from certified studios — results are determined by real physical processes (card shuffling, roulette spinning) and cannot be manipulated;
• Crash games like Aviator feature a multiplier mechanic that grows until a random cutoff point determined by a certified algorithm;
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that interferes with the operation of games is strictly prohibited.

31bet does not guarantee profits on any casino game or slots title. These products are for entertainment purposes only, and outcomes are inherently unpredictable. The user acknowledges that the amount wagered on any casino game may be lost, and that this is an inherent part of the entertainment provided.

31bet periodically offers bonuses, free bets, and promotions to new and active users. Each promotion has specific conditions published on its corresponding offer page. The general conditions for bonuses and free bets are:

• Bonuses are credited to a balance separate from the real balance and are subject to rollover requirements (minimum betting volume) before being converted into withdrawable real balance;
• The standard rollover requirement is 5x (five times) the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, unless specific promotion conditions apply;
• Free bets generate winnings in real-money balance minus the free bet stake itself — winning a R$ 50.00 free bet at odds of 2.00 yields a net payout of R$ 50.00;
• Promotions are not stackable unless explicitly stated — if a user qualifies for more than one simultaneous offer, 31bet will indicate which one applies;
• Bonuses have an expiration date; if not met within that period, the bonus balance is automatically canceled without any compensation.

31bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of identified abuse. Changes to the conditions of ongoing promotions will be communicated to participants with reasonable notice.

The user agrees to use the 31bet platform in a lawful, ethical manner and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one personal account on 31bet or using a third party's account;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the platform's operation;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to place bets in a non-human manner;
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods or funds of illicit origin;
• Engaging in match-fixing, illegal combinations, or any form of sports fraud;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activity;
• Violating any applicable Brazilian law while using 31bet's services.

31bet continuously monitors platform activity to detect suspicious behavior. Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of balances and bonuses, reporting to the relevant authorities, and civil and criminal liability under Brazilian law.

Users may close their 31bet account at any time by contacting support at suporte@31bet.click. Voluntary closure entails:

• Any available real-money balance will be returned to the user via Pix, minus any unconverted bonuses;
• Pending bets will be settled normally and results processed;
• Transaction history is available upon request for up to 5 years, in accordance with Brazilian tax legislation.

31bet may close or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false information; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; self-exclusion request under responsible gambling; or an order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, 31bet reserves the right to withhold pending balances pending the outcome of an internal investigation, and may report the matter to the relevant authorities if there is evidence of criminal activity.

31bet processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Collected data is used exclusively for:

• User account operation and maintenance;
• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Communication of relevant account and promotional information (with opt-out option).

31bet does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without the user's explicit consent. Data may only be shared with competent authorities when required by law or court order.

Users have the right, at any time, to access their stored personal data, request corrections to inaccurate information, request deletion of unnecessary data, and withdraw previously granted consents. 31bet is committed to responsible gambling practices and provides tools to help users stay in control of their activity on the platform. Access to these tools is free and available in the account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on the platform;
• Bet limit: set a maximum bet amount per period;
• Temporary break: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure and the inability to open new accounts;
• Activity history: access your full betting and transaction history at any time.

Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. 31bet employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage access, including date-of-birth verification at registration and the possibility of document verification. Anyone who suspects a minor is using the platform should report it to support immediately.

31bet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available, stable, and secure. However, 31bet is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Internet connectivity issues or network instability on the user's end;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Third-party content that may be accessible through the platform.

In the event of a technical failure that compromises the integrity of a bet or financial transaction, 31bet will take the necessary steps to restore the state prior to the error, including returning amounts wagered or incorrectly credited. Users must report any irregularity to support immediately upon identifying it.

31bet's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the dispute.

31bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly to reflect regulatory changes, new platform features, or operational adjustments. Any changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to all users with an active account;
• Highlighted notice on the platform after login;
• Update of the revision date at the top of this document.

Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the 31bet platform after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the new terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to:

• Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002);
• Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990);
• General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018);
• Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014);
• Regulatory legislation applicable to the betting and gaming market in Brazil.

Any disputes or controversies arising from the use of the 31bet platform that are not resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the user's domicile in Brazil, with preference for resolution through available mediation and conciliation channels, in accordance with the Mediation Act (Law No. 13,140/2015).
